ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Seawall Replacement City of Omro, Winnebago County, WI OWNER The City of Omro, acting through its City Council, hereby gives notice that sealed bids will be received at the City Hall, 205 S. Webster Avenue, Omro, WI on April 26, 2018 until 9:00 a.m. at which time and place all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud, for the following described project: City of Omro: Seawall Replacement: 111-115 W Main St, Omro, WI 54963: Approximately 240' of Seawall Replacement with associated landscaping repair. Bids All bids shall be addressed to Linda Kutchenriter, City Administrator, City Hall, 205 S. Webster Avenue, Omro, WI 54963. Bids shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and shall have the name and address of the bidder and the contract for which the bid is being submitted on the outside of the envelope. All bidders shall bid in accordance with and upon the included Bid Form. Upon being opened, all bids shall be binding for sixty (60) calendar days following the bid opening date. Any bid received after the noted time shall not be opened and will be returned to the bidder. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check equivalent to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid.
